PyWPS 3.0.0rc2

PyWPS Development team announces the next release candidate of a new PyWPS version with number 3.0.0 (3.0.0rc2).

Features of this release candidate:

• Fixed DescribeProcess template
• Fixed some missing python packages
• Fixed versions parameter in GetCapabilities
